These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful legal process, investigate suspected fraud, protect safety, enforce agreements, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

D. With your direction or consent

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining transaction records, addressing customer concerns, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the transaction, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and whether a legal claim or investigation is pending.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it, securely dispose of it, or de-identify it, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information we maintain to help protect it against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

We may need to verify your identity and the scope of your request before taking action. Certain information may be retained where legally permitted or required, including information needed for accounting, transaction records, security, legal claims, or compliance obligations.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law.
If applicable law gives you additional rights concerning targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal information, or other processing activities, we will honor those rights to the extent they apply to our business and actual data practices.

Opting out of marketing will not prevent necessary communications concerning a service you requested, an existing transaction, or another matter where communication is legally permitted or required.
Text messages, if offered, may be subject to additional consent, opt-out, and carrier requirements.
We operate in Michigan and intend to handle personal information in accordance with applicable federal and Michigan laws.
Privacy rights and business obligations can depend on the nature of the information, the services offered, the website technologies used, and whether a particular law applies to the business.
If a law applicable to our business provides you with additional rights or imposes additional requirements, that law will govern to the extent required. This policy does not reduce any mandatory legal protection.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our business, website, technology, or legal obligations change.
The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights that customers already have under applicable law.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern detailing services provided by Full Throttle Detailing LLC (“Full Throttle Detailing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the vehicle owner or an authorized customer (“customer,” “you,” or “your”).
Services may be requested through our website, by telephone, email, text message, or other accepted communication methods.
By requesting, scheduling, authorizing, or accepting services, you agree to the provisions applicable to your transaction. We may require a separate estimate, work authorization, service-specific acknowledgment, or signed agreement before certain services begin.
These Terms explain service expectations, customer responsibilities, foreseeable risks, and procedures for addressing concerns. They do not guarantee immunity from claims or eliminate rights and obligations that cannot legally be waived.
Depending on availability and the agreed service, Full Throttle Detailing may provide:
The exact work included in a package will be determined by the accepted estimate, package description, written authorization, and any additional work approved by the customer.
Unless expressly included, detailing does not include mechanical repair, bodywork, repainting, windshield repair, mold remediation, hazardous-material cleanup, or restoration of damaged components.
Prices and completion times are based on the information available when an estimate is prepared. Vehicle size, condition, contamination, accessibility, modifications, and the requested result may affect the price and time required.
We will communicate the agreed service scope and price before work begins. If inspection reveals materially different conditions or additional work is recommended, we will explain the issue and obtain the customer's approval before proceeding with the additional work, except for reasonable immediate steps necessary to address a safety issue or prevent further damage where legally permitted.
We will not treat silence or failure to respond as automatic approval for materially different work or additional charges.
Any applicable statutory estimate, authorization, invoicing, or recordkeeping requirements will be followed.
You represent that you own the vehicle or have authority from its owner to request and authorize the services.
You are responsible for disclosing known conditions that may materially affect the service, including:
We may decline, modify, or suspend a service if undisclosed conditions, safety concerns, or vehicle vulnerabilities make the requested work inappropriate.
Vehicles may arrive with existing damage or deterioration, including scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, fading, etching, clear-coat failure, peeling paint, glass defects, damaged trim, brittle plastics, worn leather, loose adhesives, failing seals, previous repair defects, electrical problems, leaks, and other conditions.
Cleaning can remove dirt and residue that previously concealed defects, making them more visible without necessarily having caused them.
We may document visible vehicle condition through photographs, videos, inspection notes, or written communications before, during, or after service.
A routine inspection cannot guarantee that every hidden, internal, or pre-existing defect will be discovered. If a potentially relevant condition becomes apparent during service, we may pause the affected work and contact you.
Nothing in this section excuses damage caused by our negligence, breach of contract, or other legally actionable conduct.
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings before service.
Please remove valuables and personal items from the entire vehicle, including the glove compartment, center console, door pockets, seat-back pockets, under-seat areas, trunk, cargo area, and other storage compartments.
Items to remove include, but are not limited to:
Please check under seats, between cushions, inside compartments, and throughout the cargo area before handing over the vehicle.
Where practical and necessary for the agreed service, we may move ordinary belongings to access surfaces. We will make reasonable efforts to handle moved items carefully, keep them together, and return them to an appropriate location in the vehicle.
We do not provide an inventory, secure storage, or valuables-custody service for personal belongings left in a vehicle. We cannot guarantee that every item will be discovered, inventoried, or returned to its exact original position.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for items that were already missing before service, items concealed in areas that are not reasonably accessible during the agreed service, or losses not caused by our acts or omissions.
This provision does not excuse us from responsibility for loss, damage, or misconduct for which we are legally liable.
If we discover a valuable, hazardous item, or sensitive property, we may stop the affected work and contact you for instructions. Property left behind after service will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
You must provide the keys, fobs, access codes, or other access reasonably necessary to perform the agreed service.
Please disclose special procedures involving alarms, locks, immobilizers, starting, electronic systems, or vehicle security.
We will use reasonable care when handling keys and securing vehicles in our custody. Vehicle movement, starting, or repositioning will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the service and performed only when appropriate.
You should disclose defective keys, locks, alarms, electronic systems, or other conditions that could affect access or security.
Engine bay cleaning is a specialized service that may involve cleaning solutions, agitation, controlled moisture, and access to exposed or sensitive components.
Modern and older vehicles may contain electrical connectors, sensors, ignition components, control modules, alternators, wiring, aftermarket electronics, and other components that may be sensitive to moisture, chemicals, heat, or physical disturbance.
Risks may be increased by age, modifications, exposed wiring, missing covers, deteriorated seals, prior repairs, existing leaks, or undisclosed mechanical and electrical problems.
Potential risks include:
You must disclose known engine bay issues, warning lights, fluid leaks, electrical problems, recent repairs, and aftermarket modifications before authorizing the service.
We may decline engine bay cleaning or choose a more conservative method if the vehicle's condition makes the requested procedure unsuitable.
We will use reasonable precautions appropriate to the vehicle and agreed service. However, no method can guarantee that every component will be protected from every possible risk.
Where appropriate, we may request a separate written engine bay cleaning acknowledgment describing the procedure and foreseeable risks.
This disclosure is not a blanket waiver of responsibility. Responsibility for damage will be determined under the applicable agreement and law, including whether the damage resulted from a pre-existing condition, an inherent risk, our conduct, or another cause.
Interior materials vary in age, condition, construction, and sensitivity to moisture, heat, agitation, and cleaning products.
Leather, synthetic leather, suede, Alcantara, headliners, touchscreens, instrument panels, piano-black trim, wood veneers, adhesives, stitching, dyes, and aftermarket materials may react differently to cleaning.
Potential limitations include permanent or partially removable stains, dye transfer, discoloration, fading, changes in surface appearance, loose stitching, peeling coatings, brittle plastics, deteriorated adhesives, moisture-related issues, and odors that remain embedded in materials or ventilation systems.
We will use methods reasonably appropriate to the agreed service and the apparent condition of the materials. We do not guarantee complete stain, odor, or contamination removal.
Specialized restoration, mold remediation, hazardous-material treatment, extensive extraction, and repair of damaged materials are excluded unless expressly agreed.
Exterior services may involve water, cleaning products, wash media, drying tools, brushes, and other appropriate equipment.
Pre-existing defects such as loose trim, failing clear coat, weakened paint, damaged decals, deteriorated rubber, loose emblems, damaged wheels, or scratched glass may become more visible after cleaning or may require special handling.
We may decline a particular method if the surface condition presents an unreasonable risk of damage.
Ordinary glass cleaning does not repair scratches, chips, cracks, damaged coatings, or defects in aftermarket films.
Wheel finishes, brake components, aftermarket coatings, polished metal, and delicate surfaces may have specific care limitations. Please disclose known defects or manufacturer restrictions.
We do not guarantee the removal of permanent mineral deposits, etching, oxidation, embedded contamination, or other defects unless a suitable corrective service is expressly agreed.
Paint correction and machine polishing are corrective processes that may remove or refine a portion of the vehicle's paint or clear coat to improve appearance.
Results depend on paint thickness, previous polishing, repainting, clear-coat condition, defect depth, and other factors.
You understand that:
We may recommend a test spot, a less aggressive approach, or no correction if the condition of the paint makes the requested result unsuitable.
Any material change to the agreed scope, price, or risk will be discussed with you before proceeding. Where appropriate, a separate paint correction authorization may be requested.
Wax, paint sealants, and ceramic coatings differ in preparation requirements, expected performance, maintenance, and durability.
Results depend on surface condition, preparation, product specifications, application conditions, vehicle use, washing practices, and ongoing maintenance.
Unless expressly included in writing, coating services do not include repainting, bodywork, guaranteed permanent scratch removal, or protection against all rock chips, collision damage, scratches, chemical etching, or environmental contamination.
You must follow the product-specific curing, parking, washing, and maintenance instructions provided after service.
Early washing, unsuitable environmental conditions, harsh chemicals, improper maintenance, or failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect performance.
Any warranty offered by Full Throttle Detailing must be stated in writing, including its duration, coverage, exclusions, and maintenance requirements. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are governed by their own terms.
Nothing in this section excludes any warranty or remedy required by applicable law.
Some odors, stains, smoke residue, pet contamination, mold, mildew, bodily fluids, chemicals, pest infestations, and deeply embedded substances require specialized treatment.
You must disclose known hazardous contamination, excessive mold, bodily fluids, pest infestations, needles, chemical spills, or other dangerous materials before service.
We may decline, suspend, or refer work that exceeds our equipment, training, safety procedures, or service scope.
We do not guarantee complete odor removal or restoration to a like-new condition. Additional services or charges will be discussed and authorized before proceeding, as required by law.
The accepted estimate or service confirmation will identify the agreed work and price, including any disclosed deposits, fees, or additional services.
Quotes may depend on vehicle size, condition, contamination, requested results, and the accuracy of information supplied by the customer.
If inspection reveals materially different conditions, we may provide a revised estimate before undertaking additional work.
No undisclosed fee or material price increase will be imposed. Additional charges require the customer's authorization where required by the agreement or applicable law.
Any deposit, cancellation fee, no-show fee, or rescheduling charge must be disclosed before the customer becomes bound by it and must comply with applicable law.
Appointments are subject to confirmation and availability.
Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or requesting a reschedule. Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling policy will be communicated before booking.
Completion times are estimates and may be affected by vehicle condition, additional authorized work, product curing requirements, equipment problems, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the situation and arrange an appropriate revised completion or collection time.
Payment methods, deposits, due dates, and other transaction terms will be disclosed at booking or in the accepted estimate.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance is due when the agreed service is completed and the vehicle is ready for collection.
Customers should raise questions about charges promptly so they can be reviewed.
Any interest, collection costs, or other additional charges must be authorized by the agreement and permitted by applicable law.
Vehicle release and any claimed lien, storage fee, or right to retain possession will be handled only as permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms independently creates a lien or authorizes unlawful withholding of a vehicle.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicles at pickup and promptly report apparent concerns.
If you believe damage occurred during service, please contact Full Throttle Detailing as soon as reasonably possible, identify the affected area, and provide photographs or other relevant information when available.
We may review condition photographs, service records, communications, and other evidence and may arrange an appropriate inspection or professional assessment.
Prompt reporting helps preserve evidence and allows us to investigate. However, failure to report a concern immediately does not automatically waive a claim or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
We will consider complaints in good faith. Nothing in this section prevents a customer from pursuing a valid claim under applicable law.
Full Throttle Detailing will perform agreed services with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage that was not caused by our acts or omissions, including damage attributable to a pre-existing defect, an undisclosed vehicle condition, a third party, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent legally enforceable and does not excuse our responsibility for negligence, breach of contract, intentional misconduct, or other conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes unsafe work, eliminates legally required standards of care, or waives a customer's non-waivable legal rights.
We may take photographs or videos to document vehicle condition, record work performed, support quality control, prepare estimates, and investigate service concerns.
Documentation used for internal records or claims will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Publicity and marketing are separate from service documentation. We will obtain any consent required by law before using identifiable customer information or vehicle images for advertising, social media, or promotional purposes. You may tell us if you have concerns about public identification of your vehicle.
Some services require suitable temperatures, humidity, ventilation, lighting, and weather conditions.
We may reschedule or modify work when conditions make it unsafe, impractical, or inconsistent with product instructions.
Outdoor work may involve ordinary environmental exposure, including dust, pollen, and changing weather. We will communicate material limitations when they affect the agreed service or result.
We may refuse, suspend, or discontinue work where reasonably necessary because of safety concerns, hazardous conditions, lack of authorization, suspected unlawful activity, an unreasonable risk of damage, or circumstances that prevent proper performance.
If work is suspended, we will communicate the reason and discuss reasonable next steps, including any lawful charges for work already authorized and performed.
Refunds and cancellation adjustments will be handled according to the accepted agreement and applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to contact Full Throttle Detailing directly to discuss concerns so the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved.
Both parties should preserve relevant estimates, invoices, messages, photographs, authorizations, and service records.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from seeking legal advice, contacting a government agency, filing a valid claim, or exercising a right protected by law.
Any separate mediation, arbitration, or other dispute-resolution requirement must be clearly disclosed and comply with applicable law. No arbitration agreement is created merely by this paragraph.
Information collected through our website, booking communications, estimates, payments, and service records is handled in accordance with Part I of this page, our Privacy Policy.
Please review that section for details about information collection, use, sharing, retention, security, and available privacy choices.
We may update these Terms as our services, business practices, or legal obligations change.
The version applicable to a particular service should be identified when the customer authorizes that service. Changes posted afterward will not automatically alter an existing agreement without an appropriate legal basis or customer agreement.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
An invalid provision will be limited or interpreted only as far as legally permitted and will not be expanded into a broader waiver than the law allows.
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory legal requirements.
Nothing in this section restricts a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
These Terms, together with the accepted estimate, confirmed service details, and applicable written authorizations, form the agreement governing the services provided.
A service-specific authorization may supplement these Terms by addressing a particular procedure or risk in greater detail. Any conflict will be resolved consistently with applicable law and the parties' documented agreement.
Material changes to the scope or price should be authorized and recorded in an appropriate manner. No customer should be asked to sign a blank authorization.
